I work with boards, Chairs and senior leaders to ensure governance is well-structured, compliant and effective. My focus is on creating clarity, supporting confident decision-making and ensuring governance processes run smoothly in practice.
About me
I’m Abi, an experienced governance professional working across schools and trusts, with a background spanning higher education, further education and the school and academy system.
I have held a senior role as Deputy Head of Governance within a multi-academy trust, alongside governance roles across education and the not-for-profit sector.
I support boards through effective clerking, clear procedural advice and well-structured governance processes that enable confident decision-making and accountability.
I am also a school governor within a multi-academy trust, giving me a practical understanding of governance from both sides of the table.
